[Anthropology] Clifford Geertz (1926-2006)

Was just reading his cockfight essay several days ago.
Despite converting to sociological field as of now, I still have fond memory of the shock while first encountering his "interpretative" perspective and peculiar narrative style.
I will miss his subtle and delicate ways of keep approaching the relative truth, which are rarities in social sciences nowadays.
